Clean Your Clock Day-Rome
Saturday, May 19th from
10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
2nd Annual “Clean Your Clock” Day! Volunteers can meet us at the clock tower for a light cleaning session where we help to keep our City Symbol beautiful and clean! Cleaning materials and breakfast biscuits and drinks will be provided.
Event is in conjunction with the Rome/Floyd Historic Preservation Commission’s Education Division.

Etowah Indian Mounds Historic Site – Cartersville
May is Archaeology Month.
A professional archaeologist will lecture at 2:00 p.m. and lead a tour at 3:00 p.m.
Other activities include dig boxes for kids and tools and weapons programs for all ages.
